Mr. Howard’s current area of practice is elder abuse- neglect and medical malpractice. Prior to joining Petrullo, APC in August 2020, during his professional legal career, Mr. Howard’s primary focus as a litigator has been in the areas of General Civil Litigation Employment Discrimination, Wage and Hour, Landlord-Tenant disputes, Unlawful Detainers, Contract Disputes, and Personal Injury. Mr. Howard’s practice has also focused on trust, wills, and estates, corporate transactional work, and family law.

Mr. Howard started off his practice working for the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, where he advocated for the less able who could not afford an attorney. Mr. Howard continued his journey at the Law Office of David Philipson in Big Bear, California, where he was able to get key hands-on experience handling cases from intake to trial. Mr. Howard has been a part of numerous trials as chair and co-chair, where he has received very favorable verdicts for his clients.

When Mr. Howard is not working, he enjoys going on hikes and playing sports. He also likes to use his previous work as a sushi chef to throw events for his friends.
